Denon launches 3D home cinema system

With the latest high-definition TVs offering support for 3D movies and TV channels, if you’re buying one it also makes sense to upgrade your home cinema system. The Denon DHT-1312XP is a serious looking bit of kit, offering a huge amp, the ability to play 3D movies and full 5.1 surround sound.

We’ve seen lots of all-in-one home cinema systems, but the Denon DHT-1312XP is a more traditional looking unit. There’s a proper amp, with a decent, sharp and clear display, and it powers five 110W speakers. With a sub woofer also in tow, the Denon should be the perfect accompaniment for your 3D TV.

When it comes to hooking up devices to the DHT-1312XP, you’ll find four HDMI-in ports, making it easy to connect Blu-ray players, games consoles and more. HD audio support comes in the form of Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD, so the Denon DHT-1312XP should sound as good as it looks.
Costing £399.99, the Denon DHT-1312XP isn’t cheap, but if you’ve already splashed out on a high-end 3D TV, it could be an ideal partner.
